Our parents, Paul and Lenore (Clemens) Kriteman, raised and loved a blended family with five kids: three sons (Stephen, Rick, Josh), two daughters (Lizzy & Julie), along with their amazing partners (Patrick, Trine, Kate), and their pride and joy...10 grandchildren: Samantha, Maravilla, Jill, Kristian, Signe, Asa, Primo, Isaac, Leah, and Sarah. Their 28-year marriage was a beautiful testament to living and loving all the days of their lives.
Access to great, affordable higher education was paramount to our folks. Mostly, our parents provided a runway for us to center the importance of community, always encouraging each of us to "pay it forward" as evident by their support of our individual journeys. This scholarship is earmarked for students pursuing a degree in early childhood or K-14 education.
