The Raices Scholarship supports Santa Monica College students who face financial barriers to pursuing their education in keeping with Dr. Jimenez's work and priorities as a counselor with the College's Adelante and Black Collegians programs. His life and work are focused on supporting equity, men of color and first generation college students. Family friends and colleagues are invited to donate to the fund in order to impact more students.
Santa Monica College's Dr. Paul Jimenez has created the Raices Scholarship with his own donation and proceeds from the sale of his books. Receive a signed copy of one of the following three books with any donation of $10 or more:
