GIVING THANKS(giving) 2023

Today, the number of students who are food insecure on our campus contiues to rise. In 2023, nearly 3 out of 5 SMC students are experiencing basic needs insecurity, a lack of stable housing or access to healthy food. The majority of SMC students live at or below the federal poverty line and include foster youth, homeless students, Veterans, DREAMers, single parent students, and students with disabilities among many other student populations. GIVING THANKS(giving) is one of the valued ways your support serves students' basic needs and helps them succeed academically. Your generosity directly translates into degrees, careers, and dreams achieved.
